I am officially the aunt of an 8.5 pound, 20 inch, perfect baby boy! Being woken at 6:30 am was completely worth it.
My mom and I were comparing my brother's baby photos to Little J.D.'s photos and they look almost identical. It's actually quite ridiculous how much alike they look.
See, I knew today had to be better than yesterday! I became an aunt, I ate Moe's (favorite fast food place, ever), I got a pair of Gianni Bini heels on sale for < $30! (Way to go bargain-shopper Katie!) Oh, and I got my tire fixed and power steering fluid in my car. I'm so glad today was a good day.. I couldn't have handled two bad days in a row. I have a plan for tomorrow, and it involves getting up early and spending some time at the hospital. So, goodnight!
